Reggie chewing his rosette.This cake was made with alternating vanilla, and buttermilk chocolate sponge layers. The head was all chocolate which is what Reggie's owners asked for. Reggie has become a Show Champion and this was to celebrate that fact at another show. We all had cake and a tipple as long as we were not driving.
