This cake was made with a round cake pan. I cut the cake in half, scooped out the innards and replaced with ice cream. I put the cake back together and covered it with buttercream and home made marshmallow fondant. The dragon's head, tail and spikes were made with moulded, crushed rice krispy treats and covered with fondant.
