I used Fairy lights in some of the buildings to glow on and off. It was for a senior class graduating party and the theme was Harry Potter. It took 32 hours to make starting on Sunday May 29th and I delivered it Tuesday May 31st. The base was a double 16 inch square chocolate cake with ganache and fresh strawberries and a 16 inch double italian cream cake with fresh raspberries. I iced the cake with italian meringue buttercream. The buildings were carved rice Krispie treats and covered in rolled fondant, then painted.
