Thank you Roni. After the anger lately about real cakes versus cake dummies I need to be clear. This is a 3 tier cake dummy, carved out with a electirc heat cutter. I live alone and no way could I use a 3 tiered real cake and besides that I wanted to keep it for awhile as a display.  It wasn't difficult to make, just lots of things to buy to make it. Dummies, rock candy, candy wafers for the modeling chocolate, gold and silver leaf sheets, and fondant to cover. Because it was a dummy I was able to use non edible spray glue to adhere the rock candy. For a real cake you will need piping gel or maybe gum glue. That was the most difficult part Roni. Other than that I loved making it and seeing the different elements coming together. This is by far my favorite Craftsy class. And I have taken 30 different classes there. The nicest thing about their classes is you can pause them and go back to watch later and they are there to view forever.
