I made this cake on the request of my brother. He's in pharmacy school and they just recently finished covering the renal system. He requested a cake of a kidney with the renal vein and artery on it. The cake was carved out from a 10" round and was a cinnamon cake with chocolate buttercream filling. The vein and artery were made from a blue twizzler and a strawberry one.
