Birthday cake for a couple on their joint 70th birthday. Depicts interests of each, including fishing, boating, painting, cooking, jewellery (edible replicas of theirs), pet dog. Some models made on wire armatures. I managed to incorporate some bas relief, which is my pet learning project at the moment. Chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and fondant. I had lots of fun with this cake.
