This was a challenging cake for me. The bride wanted the bottom layer to look like tree bark but I don't have an airbrush. I figured out how to paint the fondant to give it that wood look. The bottom layer was vanilla/chocolate swirl, the 2nd layer was vanilla with raspberry filling and the top layer was vanilla with buttercream.
