This was my entry for the 2015 San Diego Cake Competition...I placed 2nd in Advanced. I designed the cake from the drawing room of Downton Abbey. It was my first attempt at a flower topper and the middle was a big learning curve, but over all I was happy, I didn't expect to place in this division.
