Happy birthday to Jaden!! 9 inch chocolate cube cake filled with strawberry cream cheese buttercream and covered in milk chocolate ganache. There are roughly 720 squares of fondant on on this cake. The OCD in me really wishes the squares were neater and tighter, but you can't always get what you want. frown emoticon Would love to thank Lesley from Royal Bakery for letting me pick her brain regarding the dreaded Minecraft design.
