This is a small practice cake to try a couple of new techniques like wrapping the cake with modeling chocolate and dry brush the luster dust on the cake. The bottom tier is dusted with edible bamboo charcoal powder on white modeling chocolate. The macaron batter is also colored with charcoal powder.
