Bowling
This was for my nephew - wasn't able to get the picture before a little person decided to hug the bowling ball so it is a little tilted and you can see the board under the ball. Ball is rice krispy treat covered in fondant - the hardwood floor is buttercream icing
Great job!! How do you get the fondant so smooth on the ball? I have such a hard time at the bottom!! Yours looks great!!
Thanks KittisKakes - I don't think this is my best work, the fondant was plan b as the first one I made covered in butter cream fell apart. This was my first attempt at covering a ball with a whole piece of fondant I rolled out the fondant put the ball on top of a cup then put the fondant ontop of the ball cut the excess off the bottom and then just started smoothing - most of the wrinkles are on the underside. Putting the ball ontop of the cup which was key.
