13x9 cake. Buttercream icing. Water is blue tinted gel. Hair tip used for grass. Fondant fish and blanket. Footprints were store bought. Fishing pole is small dowel rod cut to length and scored around dowel to make it look like a reed pole. Then I colored it with brown Wilton paste. Tied embroidery floss, 1 strand, around end of dowel then molded fish around other end of floss. It looked like a fish was caught while baby sleeping. Baby is just a Wilton plastic decoration. Sign was made out of gum paste mixed with brown color. I wrote in black paste with a small paint brush Welcome Baby.
