Parents 50Th Anniversary Cake
This is a French Vanilla Cake iced in whipped cream, with chocolate ganache filling. Had some trouble with the icing - it crinkled like old paper, but it still tasted wonderful! I made the cake topper as well, & also used edible gold flake on the lettering & trim. Sorry for the blurry picture.

Hi, thanks for the compliments. No, it's not gold luster, it is actually flakes. I bought it years ago & I don't think it's available anylonger.
