This is my first wedding cake I had the honor of making for my niece. It was 3-tiers with each tier having 3 layers, strawberry cake. Filled with strawberry buttercream, then covered with vanilla buttercream. The roses were made from homemade gumpaste, and cut without the use of flower cutters and sprayed with a pearl luster to give them an ivory sheen. I am very proud of this cake, it is by God’s Grace that I am able to do this and all the Glory is His.
