Vanilla and chocolate layers filled with white chocolate orange ganache and covered in fondant. I used Wilton pearl spray to add some dimension to the white layers, silver dragees and sunflowers cut from gumpaste using the Wilton Flower set. Topper provided by the customer. This was my first time covering a cake with fondant using The Mat and it was AWESOME!
