Any hints on how to make this fondant work well for you? If it was too sticky, I couldn't roll it out like I needed to, but adding more powdered sugar to it to take away stickiness problem causes fondant to crack. When I tried to fix the cracks with water (Patching it), I didn't like that outcome either. What do you do in that situation?
