Thank you!! I wanted to put "frames" around each photo with frosting but it was too hard with laminated photos on a round cake. :roll: The purple is just Wilton and I used a LOT!.

I love the way you made the "30" on this cake. It is so elegant! Beautiful purple
The "30" was transfered from a font style I just thought looked pretty. And this is the cake that ended up totally smashed & ruined because I let someone else carry it in to the party. 8O :cry: ( post in cake disaster forum) Lesson learned.

you aren't allowed to have faces in the cakes? I think you did a great job on this! Way to go!
i think I have read that it is ok..if the photo is a part of the cake...an edible image or photo on the cake..so I am sure you are OK. also I love this idea..I want to do something like it except scan the photos to my pc and edit and crop them into same size cameos and make like little frames around them..it is a gorgeous cake!

Wow! That shade of purple is beautiful. What did you use? Or is it a mixture of more than one colour? My daughter's favourite colour is Purple.
