I used 3 mini ball pan cakes for each puppet , two pressed together for the head and one for the shoulders then I put that on a tiny cardboard half circle with a corner. Hope that helps. My daughters birthday is in two weeks and I will be making this cake, am getting nervous.....hope it comes out nearly as great as yours! Quick question on the eyes. Did you just paint the pupils onto the fondant with a paintbrush and black food coloring?
