Baby shower cake time! This fondant covered cake was inspired by Jacana baby bedding (http://www.babysupermall.com/main/products/coc/coc7835-854.html?gclid=CKzmw9uekq8CFQmMtgodZC2f0Q). Each of the fondant animals were cut out by free hand and outlined using food color gel and a paint brush to give it that "drawn" look. The animals include monkies, a giraffe, an elephant and a hippo. The top tier is decorated in soft yellow/pink giraffe print. Both the bottom and top layers are brushed over with sheen to give that extra sparkle. Everything on the cake is edible.
