This is a 3 tier chocolate mud cake decorated with sugarpaste stylised hibiscus flowers to suit the event's Hawaiin Luau theme. This cake was donated by my business to SKAN (Supporting Kids with Autism) to help raise money for scholarships and resources for children with Autism.
