Cowboys and Saint's cake pops on a sheet cake. Coconut cake with key lime frosting. Birthday cake for my sister who loves the Cowboys and likes the Saint's. My first time with cake pops--I'll have to keep practicing the cake pops. This was really fun to make. I drove this cake from northern Virginia to the outer banks, nc. The heat in the car melted the cake pops a bit, and one of the goal posts didn't make it :-( .
