My first offical wedding cake and I was honored to do this for my sons wedding! It's pound cake with two layers filled with lemon mousse , and one layer with strawberry cream cheese and the top was special request done with decadent chocolate cake with cherry cannoli filling. The leaves represent the bride since she's an outdoor person and the musical notes represent the groom since he is a musician. Leaves are gumpaste dusted with copper luster dust. OH, and this cake traveled 2 hours in a special container my sweet husband designed. It was decorated at the site. Thanks all you CC members to help make my cake a success.
