I made this cake for my husband for our anniversary. We are both big ice hockey fans and looking forward to the USA hockey team coming to new zealand to play canada in a couple of weeks. Cake is a chocolate guinness mudcake with a baileys buttercream filling and a whiskey ganache. Covered in chocolate fondant and logo is made of modeling chocolate.
