3 layer wedding cake, with fondant,embossing, and fresh flowers. The top two layers are make with rice krispy treats at the request of the bride, who happens to now be my daughter in law. This is my first ever cake, and sort of just happened because the bride's mother put off ordering a cake until the last minute, and couldn't find a bakery to take the order at such late notice. So I found myself making my first cake, in fondant, for my son's wedding, no less. I loved how it turned out, and have done 4 more wedding cakes in the last year and a half for close friends.
