Quick full sheet cake I did for my mom's work. It's not perfect, but she loved it. Half white, half chocolate, fluffly white buttercream (sift your sugar!! OMG, works wonders! OH and add a touch of lemon extract to your frosting recipe as it will cut the sweetness). I still can't keep my fingers out of the remaining frosting in the bowl...
