My fiance challenged me to make a taco for him over a year ago, so when I surprised him with this for Father's Day he was blown away! He had no idea I was making it. He says it's his favorite cake so far :) I'm so happy that I made him so happy. That is what I really love about making cakes, how delighted it makes people feel.
