I made this cake for my brother's rehearsal dinner. They love chocolate covered strawberries! It's chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate pudding, iced in butter cream and covered in fondant. I used Wilton candy melts to dip the strawberries alternating black and white. It was a big hit and fairly simple to assemble. Thanks for looking.
