Wedding Cake With Pink Roses
I loved making this cake and it was for a wedding at a really posh hotel, so glad to have one of my cakes there. It's a 10,8,6 inch. Bottom 2 tiers are dark, rich fruit cake with marzipan and fondant, top tier is vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream, covered in fondant. Flowers are all gumpaste.
