I made this cake for my daughter's elementary school graduation. This will be served at the reception following the graduation. This is a three tier cake. The bottom tier is a yellow cake, the middle tier is strawberry cake, and the graduation cap is chocolate cake. I made fondant crayons and wrote the graduates' names on them and placed the crayons around the bottom tier. The top of the graduation cap, tassel and diploma are all made of fondant.
