The bride chose this design, from a Martha cake I believe, because she thought it look like a burst of happiness on her happy day. My daughter thinks it looks like balloons. Thanks to CC for all the great hints/help/recipes that I used in making this! It's not perfect, but the bride loved it and that's all that matters. Carrot, coconut and funfetti layers with MMF.
