Made these for the staff at my sons elementary. Vanilla with peppermint filling and peppermint icing. I made the penguins out of fondant and used fruit roll up for scarf. The snowman made of buttercream icing, topped with gum drop for hat and decorated. Pretzel stick for arms and fruit roll ups for scarfs.
