I've seen so many examples of this cake on here, I was excited to finally try it. I had someone request a donation for a school fundraiser, so this is what I contributed. She put out my business cards, so maybe I'll get some future business. I didn't have the mini ball pan, so the ice cream is actually gigantic cake balls (crumbled cake mixed with frosting to form a dough, then rolled). The cherries and banana are fondant.
