German Chocolate cake covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant and airbrushed. I used one soccer pan, two 9 " and one 8 in' for the ver bottom. I carved the top to curve like the helmet. The guard was tricky as other on CC had the same issues of breakage, Improvised and used melted white chocolate as glue to put part together.
