I was asked to make a Carribean themed cake for the Marie Curie centre as a raffle prize, The cake is Madeira with Buttercream and covered with sugarpaste , the Rasta man is made out of sugarpaste. This cake and the Daffodil cake I made, made over ?2000 in donations for the reffle.
