This cake was lemon pound cake with raspberry mousse filling and lemon Italian meringue buttercream. The top round tier is cereal treats with gumpaste flowers. We got to the venue with no trouble, but then a golf cart decided to pull out in front of us and we had to slam on the brakes!! The whole thing shifted about 2 inches, so luckily I brought an emergency kit with me!
