This cake was for a baby shower where the theme was birds and nests so they wanted a "tree" branches with flowers going up to a birds nest. I used a chocolate mold for the birds. For the nest I used chcoc. fondant and ran it thourgh the spaghetti attachment on my pasta machine and just formed a nest it was easier than I thought.. This cake almost pushed me over the edge.lol.. It's a 9,8,7, in and the 9&8 look the same, and then the cake settled after being stacked( I've Never had that happen) and it was leaning, and had to be positioned a certin way so it looked stright and then you couldn't see all the flowers. I don't know why it happend I had supports, I guess it was just one of those days..lol.. anyway it's not my favorite but I'm happy it's done TFL
