This cake is for my niece's school. They are having a cake auction with the theme A+ Across America. I was happy to help with this auction because all proceeds are going to one of the students and his family. The student lost his father 6 weeks ago and the school wanted to do what they could to help out the family. It is a chocolate cake with oreo cookie frosting and buttercream flavored MMF. I love this cake mostly because of what it is for.
