These were Fabulous! There are three kinds, they are all made with a devil's food cake. The left is Peanut Butter Cup: It's filled with a peanut butter buttercream. Topped with PB & chocolate BC swirl and a chocolate drizzle with a half of a mini peanut butter cup. The middle is topped with a chocolate BC and a shortbread cookie with a strawberry or cherry jam filling. The right is Caramel Truffle: It's filled with a homemade caramel and topped with chocolate BC with caramel drizzle. The caramel hearts were rolled out of caramel chew candies.
