This cake was my first at using the Wilton 3D duck pan. Need less to say it was a disaster. The turkey is made out of RKT with buttercream frosting and he is sitting up on a white cake with buttercream frosting. The butt fell off the turkey before and after I put the feathers in. I even rolled the fondant thin so I would bipass that disaster. It is a cute idea for a cake, but it is just too difficult.
