This cake took more time than I had allotted for it. I had so much trouble getting my butter cream to smooth. I felt like a newbie trying to clean it up and not someone who has been working on cakes for a couple of years now. This cake from bottom to top is Triple Chocolate w/white chocolate mousse filling. The 2 middle tiers is Vanilla w/buttercream filling. And the top is Lemon with lemon filling.
