This cake was for a friend's sister, who is a Comair pilot. The pilot LOVES chocolate, so this is triple chocolate cake, with chocolate fudge filling, chocolate b/c frosting, and a white modeling chocolate airplane, air traffic control tower and runway on top. My friend gave me a picture of the plane and I attempted to handpaint the name of airline on the plane, along with the only colors on the end, to match her plane.
