This was for my final for the second wilton class...It was way.... too humid here so my idea kind of did not happen. There was supposed to be a fence around the cake but the weather took a toll on my buttercreams and especially the chocolate frosting. So this is it. Perfect Crusting Chocolate Buttercream (not) dark chocolate cake with cookies n cream filling. Just dont look too close at the flaws I work best at home on my own :-) TFL
