I wasn't going to post this, but I thought others might learn from my mistakes. We drove over 1 1/2 hours to deliver the cake, it was hot in the room, the cake was placed by the kitchen, and each tier was different flavors with different fillings, lots of cream and butter! We doweled and propped and did everything we could, it would not stand straight. Thanks to CWR41, I couldn't have done this without her, and she is a wonderful shoulder to lean on. This will be my last wedding cake.
