I was asked to make a cake for 6-10 servings with a football theme. Since the cake was going to be auctioned at a school fundraiser, I tried to detract from the fact it's only an 8-inch cake. The football is RKT covered in modeling chocolate. The cake is a white cake with chocolate raspberry ganache.
