Made for my husband who is a CBC reporter and has been a CBC fan for years...Got the idea from Confetti cakes book. Heavenly choc cake (from Confetti cakes) with choc mousse filling, choc ganache and Rhonda's ultimate MMF. Should have used gumpaste for the screen, as the logo stretched.
