White Chocolate Roses
This was a practice cake. The bride wasnt 100% sure what she wanted and she picked something similar to this out of a book and then seemed unsure if i could do it or not because she hadnt seen anything similar on my website. I put this one together for her on foam. The roses a made out of white chocolate paste. Her wedding theme was silver, so that is why there is the silver artificial flowers. Adding silver leaf to the white chocolate roses made them look awful. She went for the cake with less flowers.
And a softer chiffon silver ribbon
