Made these for our annual Cousins' Christmas Dinner. Jumbo cupcakes (I'm learning NOT to let the cupcake liners touch when not using a muffin pan. As you can see they are not all round!) Anyway, the hats and other features are made of chocolate, except the candy corn noses, and the pupils and hat stripes are piped frosting.
