I made this cake for my future sister-in-law's 21st birthday. It's a confetti cake covered in fondant with blue and green fondant dots. I filled the margarita cup with pink rock candy to look like a frozen beverage and added the strawberries and umbrella to give it a realistic look. The margarita cups came as a set so I just gave her the other 3 as a birthday gift. She loved it and I loved making this cake for her.
