This is 3 layers of vanilla cake with chocolate BC icing, covered in chocolate fondant. I used the fondant by "Duff" that is sold at Michaels. Very yummy taste and easy to work with! I had painted all of the logos (yes, 5 hours of work!) and also incorporated a "40" for the ladies 40th birthday. Fun cake to make, but time consuming.
