This cake was for a young lady who was graduating college to become a music teacher. I was asked to create a piano, flute and clarinet. The piano is RKT covered in fondant. The flute and clarinet are fondant/gumpaste mix. I brushed a mixture of silver dust and lemon juice to get the silver sheen on the instruments.
